The Advanced Automotive Battery Conference ran from June 8 to 12 at the Hyatt Hotel and Conference Center in Long Beach, California. Some 830 people came to give papers, listen to papers, visit the exhibit hall and enjoy outdoor lunches under tents and wine receptions . The highlight was the Wednesday night delegates’ dinner in the Long Beach Aquarium where the fish watched you eat
