eneloop Batteries Available at Wal-mart

The GE/Sanyo eneloop battery is now available at Wal-Mart stores nationwide. The eneloop four-position charger includes four AA eneloop batteries and retails at Wal-Mart stores for $19.87. The eneloop battery can be found in the Wal-Mart digital camera department.

Eneloop represents the next evolution in batteries, one where a rechargeable battery is used like an alkaline battery and is ready for use immediately after purchase. From the packaging to the battery design, eneloop is reusable with the capacity to be used up to 1000 times.
