Ultralife Receives $1.5M in Military Battery Orders
Ultralife Batteries Inc. of Newark, New York, has received orders with a combined value of $1.5M from the U.S. Defense Department for its BA-5390 battery with state-of-charge indicator, and BA-5347 battery. The orders represent releases under five-year contracts awarded to Ultralife in 2004 and 2005. Deliveries were expected to be completed in the second quarter.
