Zinc Matrix Power Moves To New Facility

Zinc Matrix Power, a global provider of silver-zinc, rechargeable battery technology for high-energy, portable applications, has opened its new headquarters and pilot production facility. The company’s new address is 4765 Calle Quetzal, Camarillo, California 93012.

According to Zinc Matrix Power president, Dr. Ross Dueber, the company chose the new location to accommodate the growth of the organization, improve operational systems and facilitate communications between research, development and production.

Zinc Matrix Power will carry out early manufacturing runs, pilot scale production and process development in their new 43,000 square foot facility. In 2008, volume production will be launched in China through Zinc Matrix Power’s manufacturing partner, Tyco Electronics Corp.
