The Zenn, a two seat EV for city driving, features six 12V Deka maintenance-free, valve-regulated, and sealed lead acid gel batteries. The vehicle has a top speed of 25mph and takes eight to nine hours to fully recharge, although a 80% recharge takes only four hours. It features independent front wheel suspension and rack and pinion steering with permanently sealed tie-rod ends. Because of the use of automotive aluminum for the frame and ABS body panels, this three-door hatchback weighs just 1,200lbs
