Uniross Recharges Network Batteries with Vanco

Uniross, the European N°1 rechargeable specialist, has signed a contract with Vanco for the design, implementation and management of its data network. Uniross designs, manufactures and distributes dedicated rechargeable batteries and battery chargers for devices such as digital cameras, MP3 players, and electronic toys.

Vanco designed a solution regarding a MPLS Matrix and Active Backup (ADSL links) network that connects 10 sites in seven countries including France, the U.K., the U.S. and China. A voice-over IP solution in the main European and Asian sites integrates into the existing infrastructure. The voice traffic is converted into IP between the PBX and enables Uniross to control communication costs between sites in Europe and China.
