"Think" EV Back in Production
Production has resumed at Norwegian automaker Think, which went bankrupt eight months ago. Norwegian investors have begun the production of a new model of the electric vehicle, says The Norway Post. The new version of the battery-powered car will have a range of 150km between charges.
Back on the team is Jan-Otto Ringdal, who founded the company in 1990. In 1999, he sold the company to U.S. automaker Ford who in turn sold it in 2003 to a Swiss firm. Among the investors is former CEO Chris Neal, and most of those who lost their jobs after the bankruptcy are now back to work.
