New Roles for Johnson Controls's Leaders
On August 1, several business leaders for Johnson
Controls Inc. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, began new
roles within the company.
Ron Weller, ex-vice president and general manager
of the companys power solutions business
in North America, is now vice president, global
operations for that business. With JCI since 1989,
he is responsible for optimizing the companys
global automotive battery operations, including
capacity planning, purchasing, quality and engineering.
Brian Kesseler, previously vice president and
general manager for the interior experience business
in North America, assumes Wellers prior
responsibilities.
The two now report to Gregg Sherrill, group vice
president and general manager of the power solutions
business.
Jeff Williams assumes the responsibilities as
group vice president and general manager of Johnson
Controlss interior experience business in
North America. Having joined the company in 1984,
he had been servingas group vice president, manufacturing
and product planning.
Williams reports to Keith Wandell, executive vice
president and president of the companys
automotive group.
