MAC Engineering Promotes Two

MAC Engineering and Equipment Co., Inc. of Benton Harbor, Michigan, has promoted Mike Tole to president and Dennis Ulrich to manager of mechanical engineering.

Tole joined MAC after college in 1974 and had risen to executive vice president. His recent promotion was announced after a unanimous vote by the company board of directors.

Ulrich, who was promoted from product engineering manager, joined MAC in 2003 after spending 20 years in the battery industry. His first assignment was with Yuasa. He joined Sovema GT in 2000 and moved to MAC when the production of SovemaUSA curing systems was transferred to MAC.

MAC is a leading producer of equipment to automotive, industrial and commercial battery manufacturers throughout the world. Since its incorporation in 1965, MAC has designed and sold over 3,300 machines to more than 300 battery manufacturing plants in over 65 countries.
