Argus Technologies Has New Factory in Brazil
Argus Technologies has opened a factory and integration
facility in the port town of Santos, Brazil.
The 6000 square-foot plant is focusing on product
integration, testing, installation and commissioning
of DC power systems in the Mercosur region.
“The opening of this integration facility
will position Argus Technologies as an aggressive,
highly competitive supplier to our growing regional
customer base,” says Bryan Locker, senior
vice president of international sales.
Integration activities will center on power systems
for wireless and telecom markets, with only minimal
import of DC power electronics, ensuring a high
level of local component consumption and fabrication.
Vancouver, Canada-based Argus specializes in the
design and manufacture of premium quality DC power
solutions for the global communications industry.
