Battery Group Launches New Web Site

The Battery Council International has launched a web site to provide ongoing, up-to-date information on the lead acid battery industry and its applications.

“We are very excited to be able to contribute an additional resource to journalists, teachers, students and anyone else who is interested in learning about the myriad ways these batteries power our everyday lives,” said Randy Hart, president of the council.

Among other things, the new site discusses lead acid battery recycling, providing the latest statistics on the nation’s most recycled consumer products.
