Yevoli Named President of Ener-Tek Merger
Ener-Tek Inc.of Pawcatuck, Connecticut, has merged
its two technology companies, Yardney Technical
Products Inc. and Lithion Inc., and named Vince
Yevoli president and chief operating officer.
He previously was general manager for Lithion
and vice president of Yardney. “The move
to a single president positions us to make rapid
and mutually beneficial business decisions with
a focused vision towards growth,” says Dick
Scibelli, Ener-Tek’s CEO.
Lithion Inc. designs, manufactures and tests rechargeable
lithium-ion cells and batteries and Yardney Technical
Products Inc. manufactures silver-based primary
and secondary cells and batteries. Both companies
serve the aerospace, DoD and maritime industries
with high performance and low weight design solutions
for a growing list of applications.
