AMER-SIL S.A. Appoints Executive V.P.
AMER-SIL S.A has appointed Guy Dauwe to the newly
created position of executive vice president,
sales and marketing. Reporting to managing director
Gerard Chaix, Dauwe will be based in Luxembourg
and have the responsibility for worldwide strategies
and business plans for the sales, marketing and
customer service activities
Dauwe has a master’s degree in mechanical
engineering from Leuven, Belgium, and a graduate
business degree from Aix-en-Provence, France.
He served in a variety of senior positions at
TRW in the U.S. before joining Delphi in France.
He also is fluent in several languages.
