Pellegrino Resigns from Rayovac Board
Philip F. Pellegrino has resigned from Rayovac Corp.’s board of directors
and has entered into a consulting agreement with
the company to provide advice and leadership in
the areas of global sales, customer relationships,
and business integration.
Pellegrino has been a director of Rayovac since
November 2000, serving both the audit and compensation
committees. He recently announced his retirement
from a 40-year career at Kraft Foods, where he
served as senior vice president and president
of sales.
The company is in an active search to fill Pellegrino’s
board seat.
